Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AI Trading Terminal, including the Android application and the website (together, the “service”). By downloading, accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and forms part of these Terms.

AI Trading Terminal is operated by Nilesh Mandloi, an independent software developer and operator. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the operator, and “you” means the person using the service.

AI Trading Terminal is a market-analysis service. It reads public market data about financial instruments and presents automated analysis of it, including:

• Trend Scanner — monitored markets ranked by a Trend Health score and labelled bullish or bearish;
• AI Trend Intelligence — the components behind a market’s Trend Health score, with their weights;
• Market Pulse — market mood, a public sentiment index, upcoming economic events and a summary of the wider environment.

The analysis describes market conditions on a 1-hour timeframe. It does not take your finances, objectives or circumstances into account, and it is the same for every user.

AI Trading Terminal is not a broker, dealer, exchange, trading venue, investment adviser or portfolio manager. The service:

• does not hold, receive or transfer your money or any other asset;
• does not connect to your exchange or brokerage account;
• does not ask for, accept or store exchange API keys, exchange passwords, wallet keys or seed phrases;
• does not place, modify or cancel orders, automatically or otherwise.

Any trade you make is made by you, on a platform you choose, under that platform’s own terms. We are not a party to it.

Everything the service provides — scores, labels such as “Bullish” or “Bearish”, rankings, the Risk-On / Risk-Off posture, summaries and notifications — is general market information for informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment, financial, trading, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any instrument.

Words such as “AI”, “health” and “opportunity” describe how the analysis is produced and organised. They are not a statement about accuracy or future results.

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Consider seeking advice from an independent, appropriately licensed professional before making any financial decision.

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. This is especially true of cryptocurrency, leveraged derivatives such as perpetual futures, commodities and foreign exchange, where losses can exceed the amount you put in. Past market behaviour does not guarantee future results, and no analysis — however it is produced — can predict markets reliably.

Markets can move sharply between readings, and analysis may be delayed, incomplete, revised or unavailable. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for making sure your use of the service is lawful where you live, including any restrictions on trading or on the instruments the service analyses.

Sign-in uses Google Sign-In through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for activity on your account and your device, and for keeping your Google account secure. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, email tradewithtrendofficial@gmail.com.

You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time, as described on the account deletion page.

When using the service, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these Terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, probe or test its security, or bypass its access controls or rate limits;
• interfere with, disrupt or place an unreasonable load on it;
• scrape, crawl or otherwise extract its analysis by automated means, other than through the service’s own apps;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer or decompile it, except where the law expressly allows this despite this restriction;
• resell, redistribute or publish its analysis as a commercial product, signal service or feed without our written permission;
• present its output to others as personalised advice, or as your own professional recommendation.

The service relies on third parties, including public market data from Binance, a public market-sentiment index, a public economic-events calendar, TradingView for the embedded chart, and Google for sign-in and notifications. We do not control them.

Their data may be delayed, interrupted, inaccurate or revised, and your use of their content is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Their inclusion is not an endorsement of them, and they do not endorse the service. Instrument names, index names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The service — its software, design, text, graphics, logos and the analysis it generates — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the service for your own non-commercial purposes.

The Android application is licensed to you, not sold. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any part of the service to you.

We may change, add or remove features, markets, notifications or analysis methods, and we may suspend or discontinue the service, at any time. We work to keep it available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely or free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any analysis is correct, or that using the service will produce any particular result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, trading losses, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms — including any decision made or action taken in reliance on the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect the service or its users.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including section 5, section 6, section 13, section 14 and section 18 — continue to apply.

How the service handles information — and how little it collects — is set out in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live, the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the service.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us — most concerns can be resolved quickly by email.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The Last updated date at the top of this page always shows the version in force. If a change is material, we will make it prominent — for example, with a notice in the app — before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the revised Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or a transfer of the service. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the service.
