You can ask us to permanently delete your AI Trading Terminal account and the personal information associated with it. This page explains exactly what is deleted, what may be kept and why, how to make the request, and how long it takes. It applies to the website at www.aitradingterminal.in and to the AI Trading Terminal Android application.
Overview
You may request permanent deletion at any time. Anyone with an AI Trading Terminal account can ask for that account to be deleted. You do not have to give a reason, and asking does not affect how we treat you in the meantime.
Deletion removes the personal account information associated with AI Trading Terminal — the account record itself, the sign-in records behind it, your saved preferences and notification settings, and application data held against your account. Section 2 lists it in full.
Every request is reviewed and processed. A person reads each request, confirms it came from the account holder, and carries out the deletion. We may write back once to confirm the request is genuinely yours before acting on it, because deleting an account on someone else’s say-so would be the worse failure.
Some records may be retained. Where the law requires it, or where a record is needed for security, fraud prevention, auditing, compliance or resolving a dispute, that record is kept for as long as the purpose requires and no longer. Section 3 lists those categories.
There is no in-app delete button today. Deletion is handled as a request, through the form in section 4 or by email — both reach the same place. This is stated plainly rather than implied: the Android app and the website do not currently offer a self-service delete control.
Deleting your AI Trading Terminal account does not delete your Google Account. Your Google Account is managed by Google, at myaccount.google.com. Deleting it there does not, on its own, delete the records we hold — use this page for those.
What data is deleted
When a deletion request is completed, the following is removed from our servers:
- User profile information — the account record that identifies you on this service. For AI Trading Terminal that record is a single opaque Google account identifier; we never store your name, email address, profile photo or phone number, so there is nothing else in it to remove.
- Authentication records — every server-side session held for your account: the account identifier, the hashed session token, and the times the session was created and last used. Removing them signs the account out on every device.
- Saved preferences — any preference or setting stored against your account on our servers.
- Notification settings — the push notification registrations for your devices, so no further notification can be sent to any of them.
- User-specific application data — anything else held against your account identifier, such as saved symbols, watchlists, alerts and workspace state, where those are stored on our servers rather than on your own device.
Deletion is permanent. Deleted records are not recoverable and are not restored if you sign in again — a later sign-in creates a new, empty account.
Data stored only on your own device — browser local storage, cached screens and the Android app’s local cache — never reaches our servers, so we cannot delete it for you. You can remove it yourself at any time by clearing the site’s data in your browser, or clearing the app’s storage in Android settings. See the Privacy Policy for what is kept there.
What data may be retained
A small number of records may survive deletion where we are required or permitted to keep them. Each is limited to what its purpose needs:
- Security logs — standard web-server request records (network address, timestamp, requested URL, response status), kept for a short period to detect abuse, investigate security incidents and diagnose failures.
- Audit records — a record of the deletion request itself: that a request was made, when it was received, and when it was completed. This is what allows us to demonstrate the request was honoured.
- Compliance records — anything a legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligation requires us to retain for a defined period.
- Fraud prevention records — the minimum needed to prevent abuse of the service, including repeated or fraudulent deletion requests made on another person’s behalf.
- Records required by law — anything we are legally obliged to keep, or must preserve in connection with a legal claim, investigation, dispute or lawful request from an authority.
Retained records are kept only for as long as that purpose requires. They are not used to rebuild your account, to profile you, or to contact you for marketing, and they are deleted or anonymised once the purpose has ended.
How to request deletion
There are two ways to make the request, and both reach the same inbox:
- Use the form below. It composes the request in your own email app so it arrives from your own address — which is also how we confirm the request is yours.
- Email us directly at tradewithtrendofficial@gmail.com with the subject Account deletion request.
Whichever you use, please include:
- your full name;
- the email address of the Google account you sign in with, and send the request from that address where you can;
- a reason, if you would like to give one — it is optional.
We may reply once to confirm the request came from the account holder before we act on it. If we cannot verify it, we will tell you why rather than silently doing nothing.
You do not have to delete your account to stop most data reaching us. You can turn notifications off in Settings, which deletes that device’s registration immediately; sign out, which ends the app’s use of the session on that device; or clear the app’s or browser’s stored data.
Processing timeline
Two commitments, and both are counted from the day your request reaches us:
- Within 7 days
- Your request is acknowledged. We reply to the address you sent it from to confirm we have received it, and to ask any verification question we need to ask.
- Within 30 days
- The deletion is processed. The data listed in section 2 is removed, and we confirm by email that it is done.
If a request is unusually complex and will take longer than 30 days, we will tell you before that deadline — what is holding it up, and when to expect completion. We will not let a request expire in silence.
Retained records described in section 3 follow their own schedules, which run from the date of deletion.
